Opening Balance Allocation

 
 
 
Investments - can be allocated between four separate investments.
 
Finished Goods, Manufacturing Finished Goods, WIP, and Raw Material allocation sub tables - Are used to allocate stocks between locations, if no allocation is made the default value will allocate stock against central sales and for manufacturing against central manufacturing.
 
Factoring & Invoice Discounting sub table - is used to allocate the balance over the months in which funds will be received from clients to clear the balance, if no allocation is made the default value is month 1. Use the drop down list to select a revenue model to allocate the receipts against, if multiple revenue models are used, select the principal factoring revenue stream.
 
Revaluation Reserve sub table - Enables the originator to allocate the Revaluation Reserve between fixed asset classes and if appropriate the value of any monthly write off.
 
Paid in month configuration Reserve sub table - Is used to enter the month number in which an item is paid or the number of months over which the opening balance is written off.
 
Grant Reserve Write Off sub table - Use the sub table to allocate the grant reserve balance against the appropriate asset class and then the value if any of the monthly amount to be written off.
 
Bonus Allocation sub table - Use the sub table to enter the month number in which the accrued bonus is paid.
 
Accrued dividend sub table - Split the accrued dividend between that owed on the preference and ordinary share capital, and enter the month that each dividends paid.
 
Accrued Mortgage, Bank, Asset Finance, Directors and Miscellaneous loan interest allocations sub table - Use  the appropriate Loans Interest Sub Table to allocate the aggregated short and long term balance against the appropriate loans, if no allocation is made by default 100% will be allocated to the bank current account in the case of bank loans interest, in the case of other loans interest will allocated against Loan 1 of the appropriate category. By reallocating between loans the primary account allocation will be reduced by the contra amount.
 
Asset Finance Prepayment sub table - Allocates leasing or asset finance prepayments between the different finance agreements and enables them to be incorporated into the appropriate loans dashboard. By default, the Prepayment will be allocated against Asset Finance Agreement number 1 and by reallocating between loans the loan number 1 allocation will be reduced by the contra amount.
 
Differed Tax Allocation sub table - Allocates the differed tax write off period, which can be written off over six instalments.
 
Mortgage, Bank, Asset Finance, Directors and Miscellaneous loan allocations sub table - Use the appropriate loan Sub Table to allocate the aggregated short and long term loan balances against the appropriate loan, if no allocation is made, by default all loans will be allocated to loan 1, by reallocating loans, the Loan 1 allocation will be reduced by the contra amount.
